My wife Angela and I and our wonderful team have built a reputation for quality, value and personalised service through dedication, hard work and commitment to the needs of our valued clients.

Along with my husband Marcelo we established Travel Extra in 1997, with the help of a great team we are very proud of our business today. I have a strong administration background and a natural love for Marketing and general business practice.

I am responsible for the general running of the business and love to try new marketing ventures.

Although I don’t consult a great deal, having travelled extensively I am always happy to share my travel experiences with clients.

I also look after most of our wedding bookings as I love to help clients organise their special day.

Being a mother of two I love the flexibility of having my own business and I believe the Travel Industry is one of the best industries to work in.

Lucrezia Caruso

I have been working as a travel consultant at Travel Extra, Sefton Plaza since 2001. I am happily married with two terrific kids so balancing work and family is challenging and very exciting.

The Travel industry is not new to me as I have been working as a travel consultant for 26 years, and still find it so rewarding. First hand knowledge is so important when organising holidays and over the years I have been fortunate enough to visit many locations which really helps me to offer great advice and ultimately excellent value for money.

What I love most about my work is helping people discover what they really want from their holiday and making sure they have an experience of a lifetime.

Another reason I love this industry is the people you meet and work with. I have met some amazing people with whom I have become very close and now they are not only my clients they are my friends! Also the people I work with, I’m sure you would agree that when you’re happy you do your best work. The team here at Travel Extra are just fantastic and we all work together to ensure our quality of service and delivery is exceptional.

I am an ex-teacher and have been in the travel industry for 6 years and every day is a holiday for me as I have such a passion for travel - whether it be for myself, family, friends or clients.

I have been a tour leader for over 20 overseas tours and so am sensitive to passengers with individual needs.

I particularly enjoy helping couples plan their honeymoons and sharing their excitement and anticipation.

Although I have always loved the idea of visiting and exploring different countries, my love of travel did not truly begin until I was able to have the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and see the culture and beauty that it has to offer. Since then I have been also been able to experience more amazing places. With over 10 years in both corporate and leisure travel I have worked in both Australia and Europe.

Travel has taken me from North Cape in Norway to the West Coast of Tasmania and many places in between. A Las Vegas Elvis Wedding or a transatlantic cruise to New York, from exploring the ruins of Pompeii and Athens to exploring the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park, from Wimbledon to the Australian Open, from the Lido in Paris to a local theatre package - if a beach holiday is what you are looking for what about Malaysia or the Gold Coast for starters?
